SO, WHAT HAPPENS INSIDE THE HOUR?

Each Breakthrough Hour is bespoke – shaped around the client’s goals, team culture and time constraints. There are over 20 experiential NLP workshops available, and the session is designed from these building blocks. Some of the most popular core modules include:

1) Time Travel – See Your Best Future in Advance

Delegates step one year into their future and meet the best version of themselves – the person who has already achieved their goals, made the changes and lived the year they want. This is powerful because anxiety is fear of something that hasn’t happened yet. When the mind creates a “memory of the future”, confidence replaces uncertainty. The brain accepts the outcome as familiar, even safe – and begins working toward it automatically.

Outcome: reduced anticipatory anxiety, stronger self-belief, clearer direction.

2) Anchoring & The Circle of Excellence – Emotions on Cue

Anchors shape our lives more than we realise. A national flag creates pride. A song takes you back twenty years. A scent brings someone instantly to mind. These are emotional triggers and NLP teaches you to create them intentionally. In the Circle of Excellence, delegates build a physical anchor just by stepping into an imaginary circle linked to confidence, calm, courage, focus or joy. They can then activate these states on demand – in presentations, tough meetings, pitches or high-pressure moments.

Outcome: emotional control, better decision-making, improved performance under pressure.

3) Smashing Limiting Beliefs – A Breakthrough You Can Feel

Every belief is learned, which means it can be rewritten. Delegates identify the belief that holds them back (“I’m not enough”, “I always fail”, “I’m an imposter”) and dismantle its foundations. Then comes the breakthrough: they write the belief on a wooden board and smash through it with a controlled break. The body sends the unconscious mind a message it cannot ignore that belief is finished.

Outcome: renewed confidence, stronger identity, increased willingness to act.

4) The Ingredients of the Mind – Your Internal User Manual

Thoughts are like recipes. Each one is formed from sensory ingredients: what we see, hear, feel, taste or smell. Every memory and emotion is coded using these sensory details – brightness, colour, distance, volume, tempo, location, texture and more. When you learn to adjust these ingredients, the whole experience changes. In this workshop, delegates become the “chef” of their own mind – playing with the recipes that drive their thinking and reprogramming patterns that no longer serve them. Once people understand how thoughts are built, they gain practical tools to change them quickly and deliberately.

Outcome: a clear understanding of how the mind encodes experience, and the ability to shift thoughts and feelings on cue.

5) Parts Therapy – Meet Your Inner Team

Inside each of us is a team of inner archetypes: the Warrior (drive and courage), the Lover (connection and care), the Magician (insight and transformation) and the Sovereign (purpose and leadership).

In this workshop, delegates locate where each part “lives” in the body, discover how it sounds, and learn what advice it offers. Then the parts begin to talk to each other — Warrior protecting Lover, Lover grounding Warrior, Magician finding the lever, Sovereign deciding what serves the whole.

Outcome: stronger internal leadership, less inner conflict and the ability to activate the right part of the self for the moment you’re facing.

6) Rapid State Shift & Reframing

A fast, practical session that teaches teams how to recode stressful or unhelpful situations and switch into a more resourceful state — confidence, calm or focus — with speed and control.

Outcome: better emotional agility and improved performance under pressure

7) Identity-Level Change Transforming from the Inside Out

Identity sits at the top of the neurological levels of change. When identity shifts — who I am becoming — everything beneath it becomes more achievable: environment, behaviour, skills, values and beliefs.

This workshop helps delegates step into a stronger identity that supports their goals, making change more natural, more aligned and more sustainable.
