My work is especially suited to people in midlife who know they want more from life and are ready to stop drinking in a way that feels empowering, not punishing.
In 2020, after too many years of wanting to feel healthier, fitter, more mindful and more present, I decided to change my story. That meant changing my habits, stopping drinking alcohol and rebuilding life from the ground up.
As my energy returned, I began waking naturally at 5am and walking 15,000 steps before breakfast – roughly 9km before 9 o’clock. That daily practice became 9KM BY 9AM.
This is the foundation of the work I now share with others: change your habits, change your identity, change your life.
