HYPNOSIS – HYPNOTIC SCRIPT SESSION
My proven approach follows a structured framework, normally over three sessions, encompassing an identity change from vaper / smoker to a non-vaper / non-smoker for life.
The first step is understanding addiction. We begin with an in-depth questionnaire to explore personal motives – whether it’s health, financial reasons, or social stigma. Then, we examine habit loops, identifying why people smoke and what triggers it. This leads into breaking associations, helping disconnect smoking from daily routines like morning coffee, work breaks, or driving. To reinforce these changes, we introduce healthier habits and use hypnosis with aversion therapy and future choice visualisation.
Once we have addressed the foundation of the addiction, the next step is eliminating limiting beliefs. Addicts have deeply ingrained fears about quitting – fear of failure, weight gain, or how their social life might change. We work through these fears by reframing vaping and smoking for what they truly are – a harmful illusion.
Hypnosis includes NLP techniques, such as the Swish Method, to help replace the old ‘vaper / smoker identity’ with a new, empowered version. We also highlight the true cost of vaping and smoking on the body and mind and reinforce willpower and control through techniques like Stein’s Clenched Fist Exercise.
The final stage of the process focuses on creating the new identity. This is where the power of intention becomes key, as the ex-smoker / vaper fully steps into life as a non-smoker / non-vaper. By building new neural pathways and strengthening commitment at a subconscious level, we ensure that vaping or smoking is no longer part of the identity.
