3. BurnoutTimeline Therapy assists athletes in re-evaluating their past experiences and setting future goals, helping them regain motivation and a sense of purpose.

1-2-1 COACHING

As well as group work I also see individuals on a one-on-one session basis.

The 1-hour session includes: a 5-minute meditation; 45-minute coaching session; 10-minute reflection and homework setting.
