This is not because something is wrong with you.

It is because your mind has learned a pattern, and that pattern can be changed.

It is a learned pattern, a habit of scanning for danger, overthinking and trying to stay in control.

The problem is not the anxiety itself.

It is the loop it creates.

How Anxiety Coaching Works

I work with clients through a focused, structured programme designed to break the cycle of anxiety and restore calm, control and confidence.

This is not about endlessly talking about the problem.

It is about changing how your mind and body respond.

Using NLP, hypnotherapy and coaching, we:

  • interrupt anxious thinking patterns
  • calm the nervous system
  • reduce physical symptoms of anxiety
  • change your response to uncertainty and “what if” thinking
  • rebuild trust in your thinking and your body

The goal is simple, to help you live your life without anxiety running the show

The Process

We typically work through a simple, structured approach:

  • Understanding the pattern
  • Interrupting anxious thinking
  • Changing how your mind responds
  • Reinforcing calm and control
  • Building long term confidence

Types of Anxiety I Work With

I work with a range of anxiety related issues, including:

  • generalised anxiety
  • health anxiety
  • social anxiety
  • panic attacks
  • OCD related thinking patterns
  • phobias

While these can show up in different ways, they are often driven by the same underlying patterns in the mind and body, and that is what we focus on changing.

The Programme

I typically work with clients over a focused 4 week programme.

This consists of four 60 minute sessions:

  • 5 minutes grounding and settling
  • 45 minutes focused coaching, hypnotherapy and NLP
  • 10 minutes reflection and next steps

You will also receive follow up notes and simple exercises between sessions to reinforce the work and keep things moving forward.

Sessions are available in person in Kent or online via Zoom worldwide.
