Nigel Jones is an experienced life coach, NLP practitioner and hypnotherapist specialising in helping people break free from anxiety, overthinking and unwanted habits.

Using a combination of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), hypnotherapy and coaching, we work to interrupt and reduce anxious thinking patterns, calm the nervous system and reduce physical symptoms, change the way your mind responds to uncertainty and “what if” thoughts, rebuild trust in your body and your thinking, and help you feel more like yourself again.
The goal is simple – to get you back to living your life without anxiety running the show.
I work with a range of anxiety-related issues, including generalised anxiety, health anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, OCD-related thinking patterns, and phobias.
While these can show up in different ways, they are often driven by the same underlying patterns of thinking and response in the mind and body. That’s what we focus on changing.
I typically work with clients over a focused 4-week programme.
This consists of four 1-hour sessions. Each session includes 5 minutes of grounding and settling, 45 minutes of focused coaching, hypnotherapy and NLP, and 10 minutes of reflection and next steps. You’ll also receive follow-up notes and simple exercises between sessions to reinforce the work and keep things moving forward.
Sessions are available in person at my studio on Charing High Street, Kent or online via Zoom.
