The Feel Good Hour is a twice-monthly podcast hosted by best-selling author, life coach and hypnotherapist Nigel Jones, alongside experienced radio broadcaster and presenter Samantha Griffin, a passionate advocate for well-being and women’s empowerment.

Each episode takes a real-life challenge – from anxiety and sleep to habits and mindset – and breaks it down step by step, explaining what it is, why it happens and, most importantly, what you can do about it.

Nigel brings extensive coaching experience and the approach behind his book Walking Back to Happiness, while Sam guides the conversation by asking the questions listeners would want answered, turning each episode into something that feels like listening in on a real coaching session.

The aim is simple: help people think better, feel better and live better without over complicating it.

Originally built on local radio with a loyal following, The Feel Good Hour is now available as a podcast, with a growing audience of thousands of listeners across the UK, Europe and the USA.
