The 9KM BY 9AM programme started with a simple decision: walk every morning before breakfast.
That one habit changed everything: giving up alcohol; better physical and mental health; more energy, clarity and purpose.
It led to writing my book, “Walking Back to Happiness”.
This work is about helping others create that same shift in their own way.
