Workshop 1 — Future Timeline (See It)
Step into the future (6 months, 1 year) to meet the best version of you — clear, confident and performing at your peak. By vividly rehearsing success, you create a new mental map your unconscious can follow. You’ll identify one priority outcome and bring back the mindset, behaviours and first steps to make it real.
Workshop 2 — Circle of Excellence (Feel It)
Learn how to control your state (Confidence, Calm, Courageous) on demand. Gather your best inner resources—confidence, calm, focus, energy—and anchor them to a physical cue you can trigger any time. Each time you “step into” your circle, your body and mind recall those resourceful states automatically. This gives you choice under pressure and confidence on command.
Workshop 3 — Smashing Limiting Beliefs (Do It)
Name the belief that’s been holding you back, write it on a board, and break it—literally. The physical act sends undeniable evidence to your unconscious: that belief is broken. You’ll leave with a powerful reminder (your broken board) and a replacement belief that moves you forward. All materials provided; a safe, fully optional activity with supportive alternatives.
Workshop 4 — Parts Therapy (Lead It)
Map your inner team—Warrior, Lover, Magician, Sovereign—and learn to access each on cue. You’ll run a simple dialogue (Lover softens Warrior; Warrior protects Lover; Magician finds the lever; Sovereign decides what serves the whole) to align your parts so you become the leader, not the battleground. Leave with a clear cue to call up the right resource (courage, care, insight, calm) exactly when you need it.
